For Sellers

Listing: Sellers agree to provide accurate and truthful descriptions of all items listed for auction. Any omission or inaccuracy regarding the authenticity or condition of the item can result in the removal of the listing and potential suspension of the account.

Fees: The listing of items on our platform may incur fees, as detailed on our Fees and Charges page. These fees will be automatically deducted from your account.

Prohibited Items: Sellers are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to sell any items they list. Sale of illegal items or items that infringe on copyrights or trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

Shipping: Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping sold items to the buyers.

For Buyers

Binding Bids: All bids placed are binding. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item at the price you've entered if you are the winning bidder.

Payment: Winning bidders are required to pay for their items within the agreed payment period. Failure to do so may incur daily penalties until the payment is settled.

Receiving Items: Buyers are responsible for receiving items and verifying their condition upon delivery. Any issues must be reported to Pristine Auctions within a specified period from the delivery date.

Prohibited Activities: Bidders are not allowed to manipulate the bidding process in any way, such as placing fake bids to drive up prices or colluding with sellers.

General Conduct

All users agree not to use our website or services to:

Breach or circumvent any laws, third-party rights, or our systems, policies, or determinations of your account status.

Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content.
